- If so, when did you first open to your spiritual growth?
- As a child, I had spiritual experiences. As a youth, I had the burning questions: "Who am I? What is life? Is there a higher meaning in life?" Since the age of 16 I have been meditation regularly.
- Do you currently have a connection with the Color Blue or with Blue Light - ("BLUE" here refers to the energy that helps guide you to Divine Connection, Unity, and Oneness; i.e. that which is needed for P.E.A.C.E.) So, you can say a little bit about your connection with the actual color Blue and Blue Light or you can describe whatever helps to Guide you. Example: Blue Pearl, Blue Dot, Blue Angel, Blue Trails, Blue Medicine Buddha, Blue Flash, Blue Disc, Blue Sphere, Blue Flash.
- Blue is the color of the Anahata Chakra, the color of love and understanding.

Swami Sivananda lived from 1887-1963 and was one of the great Yoga and Meditation Masters of the 20th Century. He founded the Divine Life Society and the Sivananda Ashram in Rishikesh/Himalaya. He lived at the banks of the Ganga.

BTW, how is blue associated with the anahata chakra... using which system. Blue is traditionally the 5th / throat chakra. Here, though I am really referring to INDIGO - DEEP DEEP BLUE which is the adjana chakra / 6th/ Brow - third eye. curious and interested in how you are associating the 5th chakra with blue.
